Registration - 8:00-10:30 am (July 29th).
All art must be in place and ready for judging by 11:00 am.
Judging begins promptly at 11:00 am.
Display - Exhibitors may bring display, but wire fencing will be available for framed art (Bring hardware for hanging & plastic in case of rain). Artists are responsible for their sales. *We encourage artists to demonstrate and sell work*.
Competition - All work entered in competition must be original and not have received a cash reward in any previous HCC shows. (exhibitors are encouraged to display an unlimited number of items, only 8 items may be entered in competition.)
Awards - Given in professional and non professional in; Fine art, applied art (crafts), photography, and youth (ages 0-11 & 12-17). Ribbons presented on Saturday and cash awards are given immediately following art auction. (Winners must display in "Winners Alley" until the completion of the show.)
Exhibitors and their displays must be present at the cash awards ceremony, otherwise any awards will be forfeited.
